Vulcan two

McCrory Construction commenced works in January 2022 on the 40,000 square foot ‘Vulcan Two’ warehouse on Adlington Business Park, Macclesfield. McCrory acted as Principal Contractor and delivered the scheme on a turnkey basis. This consisted of a full project management and delivery service incorporating design and planning coordination, cost planning and full funding solution. The first phase reached practical completion in October 2022 and phase two “Vulcan One” is due to start on-site in spring of 2023.
